private classes with barn quilt therapy

1. A location to host, which must include

     - availability from 7 am to 5 pm

     - access to running water (preferably a kitchen sink)

    - tables and chairs (preferably folding so we can use table risers)

    - plenty of electrical outlets to plug in extension cords for blow dryers

2. A minimum of 10 people who will commit to attend with a deposit

If you don't have a space, please let me know and I can try to work with you on utilizing some of the spaces I rent regularly.

 -  Aluminum Composite (AC) Barn Board, cut to size, primed, and drawn with choice of pattern for each registered attendee.  AC is lightweight, weatherproof, and easy to hang anywhere.

- All paints with over 150 colors to choose from, as well as brushes to use during class.

- Cutting tools to use when the design calls for trimming.

- Table cloths to protect the tables.

- Table risers to protect your backs!

- Extension cords .

- Instructor expertise, guidance, and tips for success in creating your masterpiece.

 Participants must bring the following items to class with them:

Painters Tape - To be successful, I recommend FROG TAPE brand painters tape in either Green or Yellow .94" width.

Hair Dryer with COLD setting - This is what we need to get the paint to dry in order to complete the class in 7 hours. Please  do not bring a heat gun.  If you don't have a hair dryer, I have a few extras on hand and folks often share.  Please do not purchase if you don't have one.

 Either wear clothes you don't care about, or an apron.  Accidents happen and we don't want you to ruin your favorite top and/or pants.

Lunch, your favorite snacks (if you care to share) and non-alcoholic drink(s).

Not required - but helpful is a headlamp.  Many have been bringing them recently to see the details of the paint.
